As baptized Catholics, we are called to a particular vocation where we can grow in relationship with God as we live the values presented in the Gospels and continue to make Christ’s presence known to the world according to one's state in life. Most people are called to marriage; some others, to the single state.

A religious vocation is a response to a call to follow Christ and to respond to the needs of others as full-time ministers within the Catholic Church. It entails a life-long journey with the Master during which one is invited daily to grow deeper in relationship with God according to a particular charism given to the congregation. This way of life is characterized by fidelity to the Church, by prayer and the sacraments, especially the Holy Eucharist, by a life lived in and supported by the strength of community, and by the spiritual development that religious life offers.
