When a person answers a call to religious life, a loving relationship with God is encouraged and assisted by the prayer life of the community. For Sisters of the Holy Spirit, our dedication to the Holy Spirit prompts our love of and devotion to prayer in all aspects of our life.

We begin each day by praying the Liturgy of the Hours as a community. This is followed by daily Mass with the community gathered whenever possible. The Eucharist is central to both our personal lives and the life of the community. The fruit of these communal prayers is what we daily carry out into our ministries and into the world. We try to walk with God and be aware of the Holy Spirit throughout the day.
We treasure the times of solitude and silence that allow us to delve more deeply into Scripture and to listen to Jesus speak to our hearts, and an annual retreat of at least five days provides an excellent opportunity for us to examine our life in the Spirit..
